can tell whats going on here coding issue on the server, when data is sent it will be placed in a variable / object whoes type cannot handle text over a given length then the server will crash. easy to fix bug, am sure trav will have it sorted np I am certifiably insane, as such all posts written by me should be regarded as utter nonsense or attempts to get attention in fact everything I write here is a lie !

the chat just froze for me...now when i go in there, each room is just blank and no text shows up Also, whenever an error message shows up for me under the emoticon/text options i can't see anything but the top of it. The rest is cut off. Not sure if that's a browser problem though

So, it seems the problem doesn't reside in spam. Since we tested that earlier today.
BUT it does seem to be this same peak time of day where many users are online.
If you look at our posts yesterday.. It's EXACTLY 24 hours ago...
