^^^ That's what I was thinking! Laughing
It came out really cool. I love your jagged designs, Guyo. I see elements of them in a lot of your art work, and I'm guessing there's lots of proud lucky people sporting them on their skin, out there!

Having you guys collaborate is a pretty killer combo, I must say!

Here's a drawing that began on my last shroom trip, and I finished with some charcoal. I'm having a ball with the charcoal again, if you can't tell!

Oh, and for some folks that have put up such great tutorials about mixing digital in, I'm going to put it to good use! Just have to wait for some funds to buy a pad. I've got reams of black and white drawings that are screaming for the digital touch!

Great stuff everyone!!! Seems like there has been a tribal vibe going on around here...maybe it's just me, I've been noticing an unusually large amount of tribal motif in my world lately.Wut?

Hey Cyb and Guy, hope you don't mind, I decided to grab that and have a go at it too.

Hell yeah! That's great stuff... Extremely energetic. The use of layers is dizzying.

P, love it. It's an enigmatic thing, and staring at it does nothing to reveal its identity. The light effect is great with the bright little rose-like portal and that single soft cast shadow just above the light source- very effective.

Thanks, man! I've noticed your use of light and shadows (along with your kick ass textures) helps make your art so powerful. I'm glad I was able to make it work, at least a little!

spin,
That's pretty bad ass! I like how it has depth, and yet it plays with my eyes by mixing the 2d effects of it. Quite like some of my DMT trips, though I've never had one in such a blend of colors!

Beautiful! You have a gift for articulating those inner spaces, and making them convincing.

The faces: accident or intentional?

Love the squirmy wormy stuff. Animate!

Ok, I'll shut up about it. I've spoken my piece. I just think that a fine pixel pusher like yourself has all the ingredients to be a wicked- and possibly groundbreaking- animator.

Kaleida-whaaat??? Wow!

So, Spin: is the software you're using capable of outputting animations?

No, I actually do all of these in Photoshop Elements (can't afford the full version). I have been looking at morphing software though. I plan on morphing multiple images to .mov or .avi files and then combining and editing those into complete animations in something like iMovie.

I used to use some old style 3d rendering software like POV Ray and a few others which can also do animations and would love to start trying to do those again by image mapping these onto surfaces and animating those.

Too broke to spend $s on software these days. Sad
