It means more, as gamma said, but in my experience the original suggested ratio of water is more than enough even for prepowdered bark, no need to double it. Do as you please though

Once your get your correct measurment release your finger and let the naphtha pour out the bottom of syringe. The plunger is not needed. To suck up the naphtha from the goody jar once ready, I would use oral syringes. They dont have rubber plungers,are small and easy to work with. This is just my 2 cents and I hope it helps
