Its same root as anyone who has used this funy bear who bounces around.


BUT let me tell you, the oil/wax left over from the extraction was beyond insane. Seemed like it was impossible to pull anymore freebase from it.

SWIM, has just finished an extraction on half kilo of MHRB using Marsofold tek with 4 x 200ml pulls of Naptha.

Upon preparing for freeze precipitate, SWIM was evapping the solution down to 10% to saturate and left it a little to long so crystals started to form.
After evapping all the way the yield was 4.2grams , of crazy crystal formations with a slight yellow tinge (much of the crystal was actually clear) from half kilo of bark.

After a test of only 10mg a good trip was recieved, good coloured visuals, and by some a almost breakthrough trip related to NDE(These are first timers).

SWIM's product will now be recystallized and a STB extraction will be performed on the leftover bark.

And a secong extraction will be done on the remaining half kilo.

250g MHRB with STB produced about 1.8g of spice. 0.72% yield.

When deposing of the remaining MHRB/Lye solution I discovered I should have stirred it more, all the slug stayed at the bottom of the yar. Anyway, I see it as a learning moment and I'm satified about the results.

Hey El Ka thanks SWIM was surprised how easy it was with MHRB instead of Acacia, the crystals were mainly clear but did have a tiny bit of yellow oil so re - x was performed.

And to update The freeze precip spice was collected and yield was 4 grams lost .1, but ended up with almost completely white, heaps fluffier spice.

nomans 150-175 gram mhrb not sure how much extracted, anyone want to weigh in and guess? lol. SPice on the left is 1st pull evaped down no freezer, spice on the right which is much whiter is pulls 2 and 3 combind, and it was put in the freezer for 1 day, pull 1 and 2 produced the most so far, pull 3 was kinda disapointing, let naptha sit in juice overnight, it's in the freezer now so pull 4 info to come.

Happyhighbunny, estimation = much less that 1 g. Probably around 500-700 mg, sorry, seems like bad bark or something wrong in the process.

So SWIM. has been quite busy on 7.5 kilo of MHRB. He's done 5 pulles on it, and has a yield of 15 grams pure white spice.



And 69 grams of very nice yellow spice.



The last pull he informs me contained still 8.5 grams, so he suspects that there is still more to come.

Sweet. Which TEK does SWIY does?

SWIM did a litle test with an A/B extraction a couple of weeks ago because he wanted to go over the proces once.He found that for small experements this is a very good way to go. But he was not really looking foreword to cooking and filtering 7.5 kilo of MHRB. juice. So yeah, he decided to (sorry El Kabong )take it to the pulp mill.

I was in the dam only last weekend as well..

Makes my 0.8g look pretty humble.

For those that are interested, this was achieved from 100g of MHRB using Noman's tek. Plus soda wash. No recrystallisation. Product is nice and pure, smokes like a charm and has been fully roadtested for launchability by SWIM.

Only 1.3g from 400g of bark. This sucks.

100g of Maya supplied brazilian rootbark pre-powdered, using A/B extraction from tek 100, yeilded from first pull 200mg of pure white spice. the 2nd, 3rd and fourth, combined, 610mg of yellow. There is a 5th pull but my FOAF is leaving this for a couple of days. He says he might try and dissolve the 610mg into the 5th pull and try a soda wash. Even if the 5th pull is bare hes mighty pleased with the results and cant wait to try it out...............Maybee 2mrw. Post some pics when iv worked out how to!

100g of MSRB would yield about 613mg of spice after purification and re-crystallization, had the tek been employed.

Before crystalization we would have yielded about 830mg of off-white spice. So, about 0.8% for this bark.

The bark would have cost 19$ from an eBay dealer, so... all in all, this would have been a good extraction had it actually happened

could you go into a bit more detail about what STB you used, i have never seen such beautiful xystals (where the whites a product of rexytalization?)
