LSD moved up a tiny bit in the What psychedelic is most likely to cause bad trips poll and is nearly tied with mushrooms.

I think 5-MeO-DMT is very freaky. it's probably not used as often as the other substances on the list. But if it where, it would get i higher score on the 'most-likely'list.
The one time i tried it, i actually thought for a few minutes that i might have been dead, like;'could i be dead right now and that i just haven't noticed that i'm dead, yet?'. I felt so strange. I knew that i had taken 5-MeO-"*",and that it where just the effects from the substance i was feeling, that i wasn't realy dead, but still i couldn't completely convince myself that i wasn't dead.

Did you smoke it?

SWIM cannot stand smoked 5-MeO-DMT unless the dose is really low, but he loves 5-MeO-DMT when taken orally or sublingually. The differences in the effects are huge when you smoke it. It’s unpleasant that way. It can definitely cause bad trips when smoked, probably much more than any other psychedelic.

No, i took it sublingually. It didn't realy scare me. But i think that if i would have had less experience with psychedelics, it would have scared me.
There's something about it that's just very strange. Thoughts of wich you sort of know that they don't make very much sense seem very 'convincing', like; "could i be in a house that just very much looks like the house of my friend, but that's not his house?".

No kidding. It can cause some very unusual thoughts. Once all of SWIM's thoughts became squares. I don't mean just visual squares, but all of his thoughts were square thoughts with right angles. It made no sense at all. It was as if his mind could only process things at right angles. It was as if all thoughts, emotions, memories, etc., were squares. In SWIM's head was a giant collection of ever expanding squares. As impossible as that sounds, SWIM experienced that once from 5-MeO-DMT taken sublingually. It was really weird, but also quite interesting at the same time.

I think 5-MeO-DMT is one of the most alien psychedelics there is if the dose is high enough. On the low end it’s really a beautiful experience. It’s really nice if combined with THH, harmaline, or harmine, where it becomes more of a visionary experience that a bazaar mental trip. (I’m talking about sublingual use here).

Mescaline for me, swim has only had three bad trips before. One was journeying with mushies, one journeying with salvia one and only time (never journeyed with salvia again) and once on acid. Mescaline is so protective for me i don't think its very easy to have a negative experience on mescaline. Mescaline feels like a protective wise old grandfather to me Very happy

2cb is probably the easiest one that I've tried. Short duration (especially if snorted) and easy on the mind but still very visual=)
