right on! Bluetech is great. The guys chills out in Portland, Oregon which is close to my home, I've got to see him play live before. Good stuff. His music can really take you on a journey. I would recommend picking up any of his albums and check out his label page Native State.

Also somebody mentioned Phuturprimitive. Loving his sounds as well. Like bluetech, he is also chillin out in Oregon, over in Eugene. He plays out under the name Rain, saw him kick out the jams at a psy party once. The guy has a great ear for music.

Much love from Oregon. Glad a few of you are hearing about some of the great sounds coming out of our area.

I can't believe there's soo many STS9 wooks on this board Pleased Everyone should check out Eluvium, album: Copia. It's incredible, and there are a couple good 9+ min tracks to get you through your ride.

Enjoy!

This is a pretty hard style of music, not that it's fast - but some of the DnB Swim has heard is not of this world on drugs (esp. Acid). The bass line can sometimes only be described as 'ANIMAL', because it just makes u want to bite something... haha

SWIM's favorite two artists at the moment are:

Spor - http://www.myspace.com/spor (Interstellar space monkey, says it all!)

The Upbeats - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8srSHJ9jLAw (this Music Video IS worth your time!)

So if your into electronic music check these two out, SWIM doesn't think you'll be disappointed!

oh, and DnB can really only be appreciated with BIG speakers or a subwoofer, otherwise your missing the critical party of the music!

Peace
Everything i post is purely hypothetical

As to DMT, for a long time I thought it's better w/no sound at all, till one day I tried this: http://www.discogs.com/release/59116

It's Coil's Time Machines, try this particular track - 5-Methoxy-N,N-Dimethyl: (5-MeO-DMT) (10:02) Cool Hope, you won't regret it! This sound was my loving guide and did help a lot.

Muse! Specifically the Black Holes and Revelations CD. Each song is unique in style and melody. and some songs are epic and some are really slow.

Very nice to trip to IMO.

I've been listening to Shpongle, never even heard of them before joining this board.

My current favoite is: Once Upon a Sea of Blissfull Awareness...cant seem to get enough of it Very happy
What, you ask, was the beginning of it all?
And it is this...

Existence that multiplied itself
For sheer delight of being
And plunged into numberless trillions of forms
So that it might
Find
Itself
Innumerably.
-Sri Aubobindo

Saidin is a fictional character, and only exists in the collective unconscious. Therefore, we both do and do not exist. Everything is made up as we go along, and none of it is real.
