Bad news for those of us north of Miley's border... I wouldn't call her a stupid bitch though. Had I had that bad an experience, my views would likely be tainted also. don't want to read a whole thread about miley but my first thought was BS they said salvia only because it's legal so it was an easier scapeoat that weed, which is what my money is on that is really was. lets face it, if it were salvia, wouldn't she be advocating it by now she's too quiet!
