Here is a strategy that I came up with to be proactive if something like that happens to me: I will keep salvia and a pipe nearby when I trip this way if I wind up screaming bloody murder and the neighbors call the police, I will say I was smoking salvia. This is only good if salvia is legal where you live. or as it seems not soo good when salvia gets outlawed because of a screaming and kicking mid-vaped-dmtbeakthrough joebono ends up on the local news lol lol ambi lysergance is a fictional character who in the realms of fantasy indulges in such topics as science, arts and psychoactive plant induced visions

I would comment but it won't let me: "DMT is a religious sacrament, used by several christian religions such as: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uni%C3%A3o_do_Vegetalhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santo_Daime"As of March 21, 2009: A federal judge says members of a Brazilian-based Christian church in Ashland ([Santo Daime]) can import, distribute and brew hallucinogenic tea." It's a holy substance used in deeply religious ceremonys. The articles is totally false and it makes me sad as i feel that it is religious discriminatio_n. The DMT containing tea ayahuasca also shows promising results in the f_ight against al_coholism. For reference: McKenna, D.J,;Callaway, J.c. et al 1998: The scientific investigation of ayahuasca: A review of past and current research In: Heffter Review of psychede_lic Research 1:65-77 " There'S apparently a word in it that makes this entry invalid. But I can't find any offensive word.

Let me get this straight (total cliche, but ahem...) Two guys ordered DMT on the internet......yeah OK anyway carrying on... ...They then proceeded to have a bunch of it.... .....the first guy rips it really hard, trips out looks dead, and his friend calls the police.... ...ten minutes later his friend comes out of it and goes" oh my god that was awesome" the doorbell rings and its the cops? Not all friendships last forever A great deal of meditation is required

Honestly... i mean really....... i'm not even gonna start. Is there any facts he's got right at all? No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power. ~P.J. O'Rourke

I always knew the media was full of shit, but it wasn't until I started to pay attention to drug busts that I realized the depth and depravity of the situation. It boggles my mind, all the bullshit and lies that they feed us.

first hand expeirence - cops just wana get in the paper - the media says anything and for no reason whatsoever sometimes they just change facts to make it "more interesting to the reader" who cares if this dude had like half a spliff in his hand - "400kg's of marawana conviscated by brave deputy" thats sounds more juicy. most of the time i read about shit in the paper - drug bust wize - following up on it - nobodys getting convicted - its like some kinda stage being set by police so the media can come make some shit up - like so hand in hand. antrocles wrote:...purity of intent....purity of execution....purity of experience...

Blaugh... I just puked from disgust. Unfortunately this kind of grossly inaccurate reporting by the media is the rule rather than the exception. What ever gives the story the most shock value is what is presented as "the facts". Sad, sad, so very sad... Peace, -idt I am not a drug addict seeking escape from reality. Thats what happens when you dont do your homework... KNOW YOUR DRUG, KNOW YOUR BODY, KNOW YOUR SOURCE and if all else fails, call the cops because you died. fucking ignorance. I wish there was a way to enlighten all of those people as to what dmt really is. we should tie them all down and IV dose them with dmt. Who's this SWIM person and when do I get to meet them? They sound friken cool!

Quote:Emergency room physician Dr. Jeff Snyder said the drug known as DMT doesn't have much of a positive use. "That's what the chemical is supposed to do, give you a near-death experience," said Snyder. Yeah, not much of a positive use, probably not even close to a real NDE... good enough for me though. But he has a point about this DMT problem that sometimes occurs when people only nearly die. Maybe this victim has to work on smoking technique.

the level of ignorance in that article is mind boggling. Who calls the cops anyway? what kind of nonsense is this The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible. Arthur C. Clarke http://vimeo.com/32001208
