Since I'm currently trying to quit tobacco, alcohol and stimulants I decided to add masturbation too and chime in the nexus fest. At the moment I'm 3 days clean from touching myself and plan to continue as much as I can. For the guys, who made it for a longer time - have wet dreams become a common theme in your sleep life after some time of nofapping?
