"Push on Til the Day" at the end at 1:28:30. The way this song opens up and positively climaxes toward its conclusion is unreal. "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein
"The Mighty One appears, the horizon shines. Atum appears on the smell of his censing, the Sunshine- god has risen in the sky, the Mansion of the pyramidion is in joy and all its inmates are assembled, a voice calls out within the shrine, shouting reverberates around the Netherworld." - Egyptian Book of the Dead
"Man fears time, but time fears the Pyramids" - 9th century Arab proverb

This song still fills me with joy even after 30 years or so of listening to it.....

This song is amazing, the lyrics are so powerful for me. The video is one of the most inspirational I have ever seen.
The artist Alicia Lemke is angel. I feel so gratefull to have seen this.

Pure joy for me. But it still has a nice bittersweetness that is the difference, at least IMO, between smaltzy happiness and real unbounded joy. This song and low dose plain leaf salvia combined is beautiful Some more joy from my favourite Japanese psych/space rock mavericks. Again, it has this bittersweetness mixed in that gives me a more complete sense of happiness, like finding beauty in the most epic mountain wilderness but also acknowledging at the same time that it will all eventually disappear into the inferno of our dying sun in about 7 billion years or so. Anyways, enjoy! "The love I've made is the shape of my space"

From one of my favourite artists. This is from material in a duo, where they play and sing as a pair of conjoined twin sisters (the other songs are mostly not that happy).

This song has been bringing me a lot of joy lately. I'm a bit behind the eight ball with this band.. I always appreciated them but I finally have clicked onto the genius of Kevin Parker who writes and records all the instruments on their albums by himself. A definite inspiration for my future approach to my own music. Anyway, I hope this can brighten someone else's day too "The love I've made is the shape of my space"

A local band--Check 'em out if they're touring in your area! (live shows/recordings are much better) And of course! What a beautiful thread, thanks everyone! "Consciousness grows in spirals." --George L. Jackson If you can just get your mind together, then come across to me. We'll hold hands and then we'll watch the sunrise from the bottom of the sea... But first, are you experienced?

Some great stuff here...soon I'll have to make a playlist made up of all these songs. Here's another smiley one: "Whoever undertakes to set himself up as a judge of Truth and Knowledge is shipwrecked by the laughter of the gods." Albert Einstein
I appreciate your perspective.
