It's doubtful there's any nitrile in your solvent, Dooby - nitrile rubber is quite resistant to naphtha. That's partly why it's been made into a glove.
As Benzyme says, a bit of the pigment (a tiny amount) has dissolved into the mixture and a simple recrystallisation would, in my opinion, suffice to clean that up.
The cleanup with activated carbon and ethyl acetate sounds like fun (but I am a total nerd); activated charcoal pellets can be obtained for aquarium filters and it's not that difficult to make your own ethyl acetate if you really wanted to... or maybe just use 96% ethanol instead.
