Here are my negatives I need to work on

1) lose weight... my 50's are not being kind to me as my metabolism slows down.
2) reduce refined sugar intake.
3) learn to relax more and be less driven.
4) continue to pay down debts.
Everything mentioned herein has been deemed by our staff of expert psychiatrists to be the delusional rantings of a madman who has been treated with Thorazine who is hospitalized within the confines of our locked facility. This patient sometimes requires the application of 6 point leather restraints and electrodes at the temples to break his delusions. Therefore, take everything mentioned above with a grain of salt...

If you learn how to prepare gourmet raw vegan foods(and you can cook them if your not raw) than noone should ever have any problems at all going vegetarian/vegan. you wont miss meat at all and you can make fermented nut cheese that is actaully sharper and better than regular cheese.

1. See the quote above. I have made the transition to a vegetarian diet, but I do still eat eggs and dairy. I just made the transition about 10 weeks ago, and it was a piece of cake for me because I quit eating meat and fish for multiple reasons. However, going completely vegan will require me to do a lot more research.

2. Be a part of the "Big brother Big Sister" program, or some other sort of mentoring program

3. Master an environmentally friendly extraction technique

4. Experiment more with Aya brews and admixtures as opposed to smoking

5. Continue researching Iboga to prepare for an eventual experience

My mom asked me this and with a broad smile I said, "my new years resolutions is to spend more time in the jungle."
This afternoon I am leaving for Cancun/Guatemala for an indefinite amount of time which should make this goal quite attainable.
Another goal is to learn spanish through immersion and to continue my studies of plant medicine.

Just to keep taking every oppurtunity I get. Keep opening up, and try not to think so hard all the time. Enter new territories with new people.

to not judge. to not fear. to not spend any energy searching for WHO i am....but rather to surrender to and celebrate WHAT i am.

...to let go moment by precious moment...

Art, art and more art.

Having caught the bug in the last year, I am currently on a learning hiatus, trying to actually get some kind of a foundation from which to proceed. By the end of the year, the plan is to become reasonably proficient in ZBrush, Autodesk Maya and basic human anatomy, and thereafter to pour out the contents of my noodle with greater ease and facility.
