Haha that's funny I was thinking Tool, but then I thought "Nah that stuff is way too scary"! Pleased

If you like it heavy but kind of mellow at the same time, try the drone band Earth, they're modern too http://www.myspace.com/earthofficial
Everything I write is fictional roleplay. Obviously! End tribal genocide: www.survival-international.org Quick petitions for meaningful change: www.avaaz.org/en/
End prohibition: www.leap.cc www.tdpf.org.uk And "Feeling Good" by David D.Burns MD is a very useful book.

haha some tracks songs be quite heavy, yeah, but not all, and its just so fantastic 'architecture' of the songs.. Ive listened several times on different psychedelics and its def recommended.. Tracks like 'disposition', 'right in two', 'lateralus', 'parabol/parabola', '10,000 days', etc or actually the whole of lateralus and 10,000 days cd Very happy

I will check the other music recommended Smile

My housemate at college used to like to get really stoned and lie on his bed in crucifix position getting sucked into the vortex of the one that sounds like an electric thunderstorm tornado was engulfing you...?!

I knew someone would mention tool. I could never listen to a whole album though. I came close with lateralus, but there was always something quite sterile about them. Very rigid and exhausting to listen to. I always found it weird how his voice seems to have absolutely no vibrato whatsoever.

I think I've been "Tooled" to death over the years also. I had a housemate that used to listen to them and a perfect circle pretty much constantly.
