Years ago I purchased a vaporizer meant for vaping weed, which
didn't work too well.
Basically it is a soldering iron standing vertically, with a metal cup on top,
inside a small screw-on jar for a lid, and a draw pipe for toking on.
Today I removed the draw pipe and the glass jar from the top, wrapped the hot plate with tin foil, so it wouldn’t burn the spice. Then I placed a large plastic coke
bottle (with the bottom removed) over the whole unit.
I drew a picture of the device, but I don't know how to post it here.
I was in my shop (not very good set and setting) so, to test it, I placed a very small amount of spice on the hot plate and plugged it in.
It only took a couple minute before the spice melted and the bottle started to fill with a
milky white vapour. I removed the lid from the bottle and in one inhale the whole bottle of vapour was in my lungs. It was plastic tasting, but actually not very harsh at all.
Mind you, it was a very small unmeasured amount, but enough to envelope me in
some bizzar moving colorful patterns. I was glad I was sitting down.
Next time I will be in the house on my bed, and measure the amount precisely.
I have never done a break through, and am a bit nervous about it. I'm thinking 50 mils might do the trick..?
You do get it all in ONE INHALE though, so I guess
moderation would be best the first time.
I’ll keep you posted on any results if you would like.
