Be a light unto thyself
as there is no other light,
than the lantern of the soul which embers from within.
There is this one life
as there are an infinite continuity of lives,
it is we that damn ourselves to hell, and nothing else compels.
The possibility of redemption persists forever.
I try to pay my karmic debt to buy freedom,
but freedom has no price.
After having lost it, forgotten it,
Redeemed, I have set myself free.
Loving to know truth,
knowing to love truth,
becoming as incorruptible as diamond.
