Nice plants there dwh. Thumbs up

Too bad none of your cacti are Trichos. You should get some and grow them. They are very rewarding to grow, especially bridgesiis and non-pc pachanois.

I have respect for people who grow from seed, like the OP. But personally I'm a big fan of cuttings. You can get to some good sized plants pretty fast with cuttings, especially if you have a green thumb and live in a good climate.

So I ended up giving them a heavy watering and they plumped right back up. prior to this watering I used to use a small spray bottle and pray a seemingly sufficient amount of water on them until the soil was quite wet. unfortunately they probably wanted a thorough watering so the roots at the bottom of the pot got nice and wet. Such a simple mistake on my part that made such a large impact on my cacti. its funny but not even two days after they seem have gotten noticeably larger in size. Once again I wasn't to say thank you to everyone who contributed to this thread with their opinions, experience, and suggestions. I value your efforts.
