Hey guys. Thanks to this forum I was able to successfully extract some beautiful white crystals. I followed a combination of gordotek and q21q21 white powder tek (gordotek for the bark mix and q21q21 pull instructions). I used 100g of mimosa Hostilis root bark and 100g of naptha.

My first pull went great and I got 500mg of white crystals. I believe I got this much because I let my bark mix sit for about 10 hours before doing my first pull. After I did my first pull I covered my bark mix and let it sit for 2 days covered in room temp.

After 2 days I did my second pull but my bark mix was getting pretty dry. I heated up my mix for 10 minutes while giving my naptha a hot water bath. After that I mixed them together (100g of naptha again) while it was on top of the pot filled with water, it was really crumbly this time and the bark mix was absorbing a lot of the naptha because it was so dry. After I was done mixing I mushed it all together to squeeze the naptha out but there was only about 15-25g left. My first pull had much more naptha left and I had to evap some of it on the pot until I had 10-20g of naptha left. This time I just put it straight into the freezer because if I evaporated it I'd lose most of the naptha. I ended up getting about 150mg out of the second pull. My third pull was the same deal but even less naptha got poured off.

Could this have been the quality of the root bark or did I already get most of it out on my first pull?
