Good morning guys! My mate gave me about 200-300 ml of solvent to play with, as I was having trouble extracting. I have had in the freezer for about 60+ hours. There is plenty of crystalion going on in the jar but I'm not sure what to do next. Do I just get a coffee filter then slowly filter it through. And do I need to do anything else after that other then
just let it dry and smoking it at my convenience?
My next question is that after I have extracted all the pure dmt from the freeze my mate said I can boil the rest of the mixture down and what ever is left is smokable DMT is this a healthy practise?

Yes, you can use a coffee filter. Or if the crystals have sticked to the bottom of the jar, you can also just pour the solvent to another jar. But don't throw away the solvent. You can dry it and then recrystalize it with smaller amount of new solvent. The rest of the mixture propably contains other fats and alkaloids but it may still contain some dmt.

I tried to use the coffee filter but the dmt crystals soaked into the coffee filter I was very disappointed. I never heard of this happening. I poured back into my jar and put it in the freezer any ideas why this happend? The "crystals" looked more like snowflakes so I'm not sure if something went wrong on my mates side.

That is common, google it or search it on this site. You can pour clean warm solvent through the filter (or soak it) to get the DMT out.

Then evaporate some of the solvent. Reduce the volume by at least half (so if you end up with 400 ml of solvent with the clean warm solvent added to the filter above, evaporate 200 ml). Then freeze. When it's done, carefully pour it off into another glass container, trying not to loosen the crystals. Put the container back in the freezer to solidify the crystals and let the last drops of solvent evaporate.

If that doesn't work, I'd just evaporate rather than freeze precipitate. It can't fail.
