Last week I had another series of trips, mostly spread out over 1 to 2 hours. They were again more of the slow aya type of experience than a complete blastoff in space. Up until now it seems like the experiences come up more difficult than before, almost like it is testing me to do some work of my own. I can only get so much smoke into my lungs (perhaps I need a new batch) so I'm stuck into spreading out the experience over a large amount of time.

The first time I tried DMT, there seemed to be an immediate connection to places/entities, but now I have to get 'into the zone' first before something interesting happens. So I meditate/relax first to get into the proper mood and all that, but that doesn't seem enough, like an extra step is required. At any rate, only at the third or fourth attempt things start to happen now and it only happens after most of the peak has passed (all the physical effects, the patterns, etc.).

Most of the direct effects of DMT seem to have passed by then, but some sort of head space has opened in which you can maneuver, or let things happen. I tried practicing at maneuvering more last time. This is not the same as the perceived movement in a typical environment (like flying in a lucent dream), but more like trying to 'attune' (for a lack of a better word) to different type of settings/spaces. What happened was this:

So I was trying to 'move around' like I said and not getting anywhere much. Suddenly a consciousness appeared in my mental space. It’s a bit of a strange feeling, like a visitor announces themselves in your house, without knocking.
I got an image and weird as it may seem, it appeared to be an enormous spider. I could see the many eyes it had, but not its complete outline. But I wasn't frightened, though I don’t particularly like spiders. A sort of dialogue started out, while at the same time I felt it probing my consciousness. It seemed like the probing and dialogue were really one and the same thing, with many things going on at once.

I forgot parts of it, but it noted my fear of (large) spiders and was curious how this would relate to him/her (it felt more like a her). I sensed this and sensing no malice, just curiosity, I wanted to show I wasn't afraid and 'loved all gods creatures'. I imagined hugging the spider as proof, which is a bit of a strange thing to do I image now, but it seemed to make sense at the time. There was a response to that like 'spiders don’t hug', almost like a dry type of humor. Upon further probing it also noticed I don’t always kill spiders, but have released them in the yard and seemed to appreciate that.
The dialogue seemed to come to an end and at that it did a remarkable thing. It offered an alliance (at no cost). I wondered why and it answered it comes in handy to have friends in hyperspace.

After that I was in space. I saw enormous blue/purple gas clouds spanning countless light years. Or were they? The clouds shifted faintly, into gargantuan elder gods, momentarily awakened by this tiny consciousness wondering at them. They briefly took notice and unimpressed they shifted back into their other state, doing it is whatever they do.

Next I found myself in a small space, mostly colored white, green, yellowish. It seemed humid and somehow I felt snakes, like a snake nest. I didn’t really see them as a whole, just giant scaly parts and the feeling of snakes. I forgot how that went along.

After that I was briefly in a dark space, but an image suddenly appeared in my mind. It was a rather vivid image of an earth like world in which I was hanging above the canopy of what appeared to be a lush jungle. There were giant white insects flying around in large swarms. They were about a foot in size and its hard to describe them, somewhere between a butterfly and a locust. I felt no intelligence and wondered if there was any on this planet.

I didn’t move myself as such, but involuntary attuned myself to were these could be (or was led). They appeared to be underground or in rock like dwellings close to the ground. A typical mantis like being appeared before me, it was also mostly white, with light green parts. The eyes also appeared white or light colored. It communicated the following to me: they were not in hyperspace as we call it, but a physical planet in our or close to our dimension, somewhere far far away.
They weren't technological as we would define it, but more concerned with mind/spiritual matters and traveled that way, like we briefly (and uncontrollable) do on DMT/Oobes/etc.

I probed its consciousness and felt a mind that differs much from a human one. It felt very methodical and very finely tuned compared to the rather crude human thought patterns. Its hard to describe, but it seemed its mind operated more by attuning to and manipulating certain frequencies or patterns, than the mechanical step by step process of a human. I saw them do this and heard this high frequency music they were collectively busy with. Though its function certainly wasn't music as such. I felt a certain kind of liberation from knowing that there are beings that do things in completely different ways than we do. There was a certain kind of beauty to it.

He mentioned/warned that there were several other mantis like beings, not all necessarily friendly (several darker variants were displayed in my mind, black beings with red or green eyes).

Now the thing is, I remember it offered me a gift. But I cannot remember what it was! It wasn't a hyper dimensional object like you sometimes read about. It also wasn't secret knowledge in exchange for something. I figure this is one of those edited memories I seem to come across rather frequently.
After that it also offered its alliance, like the spider. The experience ebbed away rather quickly after that.

Well, vivid imagination or not, it certainly was interesting!

Thank you for your report, I think I contacted not so friendly mantis entities before. I felt like they were trying to reach me, like a hand trying to violently grab me and pull me to their domain. It wasn´t pleasant and it didn´t feel friendly, so I would open my eyes and fight it, I would not let go, or maybe I needed more spice.

A friend of mine told me about having contacted friendly mantises on DMT, so I don´t really know what to spect from this entities.

Thanks for the report, it's interesting you mention spiders because someone else recently mentioned high doses of entheogens often bring spiders https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iktomi I think Iktomi was the spider in particular.
