I'm ready to begin a 100g stb mescaline extraction using powdered San Pedro.
I'm wondering if one should begin by adding basified water to the powdered s.p. or only enough distilled water to "rehydrate"and freeze 2-3 times to break the cell walls Or begin by adding basic distilled water Then freeze 2-3 times? Or is it a waste of time to freeze either way when using powdered s.p.??
Then let sit appx 24- 48 hr. Then adding xylene, shake let seperate 3-4 times then add citric acid & distilled water solution and evap after 4- 5 pulls??
