I would have a short question, which I would think would ideally be posted on the FAQ section. But as it seems promoted members cannot start anymore any thread in there. Is this intentional?

I claim not that this is the truth. As this is just what got manifested into my mind at the current position in time on this physical plane. So please feel not offended by anything I say.

It's setup such that only new members can start threads in the new members section and full members can only reply to threads.

If you wanna create the thread in a section you can post in and link me to it, I'll move it over there for ya. Thumbs up
