So today i had the brilliant idea to use lasers to smoke weed. I got some pretty strong (1W) UV lasers for engraving and i used it to smoalk some. See the streaks on the hash. Ulim attached the following image(s): O3jfhWQ.jpg (617kb) downloaded 209 time(s).

How'd it taste? I used to love doing solar bong hits, using a magnifying glass to light the bowl. When it was cold we would pack in some snow into the bong as well as water for an icy cool rip. Tasted amazing and no lighter or match taste. Let us declare nature to be legitimate. All plants should be declared legal, and all animals for that matter. The notion of illegal plants and animals is obnoxious and ridiculous. — Terence McKenna
All my posts are hypothetical and for educational/entertainment purposes, and are not an endorsement of said activities. SWIM (a fictional character based on other people) either obtained a license for said activity, did said activity where it is legal to do so, or as in most cases the activity is completely fictional.

That's freaking prophetic Ulim. I bet in a decade they will have closed system laser vaporization devices. You read it here first. The nearest we ever come to knowing truth is when we are witness to paradox.

It tastes more burned if you dab it to hot. Northerner laser powered lighters where already a thing for DIY ppl. You just gotta know hot to build one that fits in your pocket. I think i got the stuffs to make one even but my parts are prolly to big and also i dont really like shining uv lasers around without goggles.

wow It would be fun to make dmt vaporizer with lazer. Any thoughts on that?

Ulim: downwardsfromzero attached the following image(s): ipatchi.jpg (55kb) downloaded 120 time(s). “There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work." ― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

Any thoughts on that? i don not know about a 1 watt laser, butt pretty much everything i hit with a co2 laser instantly vaporizes/burns to charcole how was that with your 1 watt laser? for smoking dmt with this, i guess it would be necessary to defocus the laser to a point where it hits all of the dmt at once, and then do trial and error to find a power level where it does only vaporize the dmt. once the power level is found results should be pretty consistent as for the eye patches, there are a lot good and cheap laser glasses out there, and some of them look really nice also since it would only take a quick burst of laser light to vaporize dmt with a rather weak laser the danger of eye damage is not that omnipresent edit, i think this should be possible with a laser diode from a dvd drive... i will look into that

CO2 lasers are infrared and 30 watts up. Totally different. But both are rather easy to shield from.

Who needs marijuana when you've got a moon bong and a pile of burning tires? '"ALAS,"said the mouse, "the world is growing smaller every day. At the beginning it was so big that I was afraid, I kept running and running, and I was glad when at last I saw walls far away to the right and left, but these long walls have narrowed so quickly that I am in the last chamber already, and there in the corner stands the trap that I must run into." "You only need to change your direction," said the cat, and ate it up.' --Franz Kafka
