Why does Syrian rue curdle mimosa? Options

Why is it that when rue tea is combined with mimosa tea, curdling happens? Something crashes out.

I KNOW some of you cook mimosa-rue.

What the heck is going on here.......can somebody please conduct an analysis of the coagulate sediment. Does anyone have access to MS-GC?
