anyone else here used to or is still into incubus?? I know they are lame now..but they used to be better, back when they tripped..science and fungus among us come to mind..I think fungus among us was they're first, the one with the big amanita on the cover..it's so weird..totally diff from the stuff now..I used to listen to incubus all day with headphones when i first began tripping and smoking cannabis..mostly science..that cd was killer..make you'reself and morning view is prob where I stopped following them..but I just brought out science, listening to it now.. funny how music brings back old memories..me and my freinds were hard core incubus geeks for a while ha.. Fuck yeah!!! I love me some incubus. I have had so many good nights with me, my best friend, some mushrooms, and some incubus. But I totally agree that they are oh so lame now. I like everything up until their newest album "Light Grenades." It is ok but it's just not as good as the old school stuff. Unfortunately I sort of worn them out back when I used to trip all of the time so I don't really listen to them much anymore.
If you can catch one of their shows they still play a lot of their good stuff. A friend seen incubus a couple weeks ago and she said they killed it. They only played like 2 songs from their newer album. I guess they know the album is shit. I really like Mike on the guitar. He is a genius and he has given me a lot of inspiration in my guitar playing.
IF you have not tripped and listened to Incubus DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite albums go Science-->Morning View-->A Crow Left to Murder-->Fungus Among us. Check out the hidden track on Morning View, it is called Aqueous Transmissions.

I used to like incubus. But I don't even like the old stuff now... his voice is reeeeaaally annoying. Talented bunch though... except the DJ... didn't really dig his style.

There first CD is called "Enjoy". I thought Science was awesome. I have never heard Fungus Amungus but yea anything after science sux. Proof right there that music needs psychedelics. Can you Imagine? From one single Idea everything appeared here.
