So before I get to my process in doing this, my question is this: Is my process decent/ will it work for the typical person?

I took 11.2g of Chaliponga (Diplopterys Cabrerana) and 8g of Syrian Rue and ground them in a coffee grinder. I then took a empty bottle and put the materials in it and added white distilled vinegar to cover the top of the plant material. Then I added hot water to a point that I had a decent amount, but I could still shake vigorously. The 12oz bottle was then shook periodically throughout the coarse of 6 hours. When not being shook it was in a refrigerator. After the 6 hour period of periodic shaking the bottle was left in the fridge for at least another 10 hours ( may have been 12). After this, the liquid was then strained and saved in another bottle for later while the plant material was put into another pot of a vinegar and water solution 70%/30% that was already heated to just below boiling. The material was left in the solution, being stir-ed here and their for 30 mins. Then the liquid saved from before was added to the solution and stir-ed periodically until it had evaporated to a manageable amount. After this the solution with the plant material was put back into a bottle and into the fridge for another night, shaking it periodically (Sorry i'm saying that so much). From here I'm thinking about straining and doing another vinegar/water boil on the plant material left, then possibly combine the saved solution back into the boil pot like before, but this time reducing and adding water and some baking soda to reduce the acidity of it. After adding water a few times, strain the solution and discard the plant material. Maybe put the solution back into a pot and boil it down to a smaller size. Then adding some honey for sweetening??

How is this sounding so far? This is the only method I can do (meaning the CWE) right now as I cant leave anything cooking for long periods of time while i'm away. I was hoping that doing the double acid boil and CWE on the material would work pretty good. That and I double dosed the solution.
Thank You for your Time!! and I look forward to your responses!

So what you've done so far sounds fine.

I'm thinking that after 2 cold soaks and 30 minutes in hot acetic water, most of the alkaloids are leached into solution when you're working with ground rue and chali. You could strain and add the plant materials in another pot of water for a third wash, and let that sit for another day if you think it needs it, but chali is a leaf source that should only take 15 minutes in boiling water, and ground rue has a small particle size and lots of surface area that should dissolve their alks quickly even in cold acidic water.

Because you've been using vinegar so heavily, it will probably be quite difficult to drink. Vinegar has a low enough boiling point that in the course of boiling and reducing the brew it will become less acidic. This works better with white vinegar, for obvious reasons.

Cool haha! I finished it today but I just ended up doing a boil on acid (vinegar) soak that I did in the fridge. I did two boils for about 45 mins each, adding hot water to the mix as it boiled down so it would lower acidity. After everything was strained, I took the solution and reduced to about 4 oz. I just took 15ml of it to test potency. Ill come back with the results. This will be my first true DMT experience (all the other ones failed), even if it is just a small dose.

As far as flavor goes, It wasn't the worst. Tastes very, synthetic and medicine like to be honest. Theirs still a little sour from the acid but not to much. Tastes like a weak version of the Chali. tea I made awhile back (I used like 5g of straight citric acid in it and it was the most sour thing I have ever drank. Like drinking the sour crystals left in the bottom of a sour patch kids baggie after you eat all of them.)
