Making Formosahuasca With Cold Water? Options

So I want to make some perfect formosahuasca and figured the best way would be to leave the shredded bark in a bottle of cold water for a few days. Im wondering if the DMT will dissolve in the water if it is not heated. Im thinking of just letting it sit in cold water for 3 days then filter it and dry it down with the air then do a final heating to get rid of any alcohol it had made from it being fermented. I just feel like this would get the max out of the bark because it will sit for days and the fats and non polar stuff will not be released from heating. Do you guys think this will work or will the DMT have a hard time coming out in the non heated water? Im not freebasing it but im just worried it will end up not dissolving and I will waste a good bit of bark.

It's possible to do cold water extracts, but what you will gain from three days of soaking on POWDERED BARK will be the same as probably 30 minutes of boiling on high. The temp lyses the plant cells and makes the dmt move in to the water... that's why pressure cooking is more efficient than standard and why standard is more efficient than cold soaks for many days. just heat it, if you wanna be bad just heaaat iiiit! heat it! no one likes to heat it! beat it!

You could still do a basic a/b extraction on the remaining bark, and you will see if you missed anything. With heat your chances of pulling the majority of alkaloids is higher is my understanding, but your not wasting material by any means. If it's not in your water then it's still in the bark-
