Depends on how much is there in the spoon (I mean, full full spoon, level spoon,ecc) and how big you spoon is.
the standard weight for 1 tablespoon is about 15 grams

To clarify, a level tablespoon. I doubt it's 15g because 15g is a hell of a lot of powder when it's in clingfilm (how I used to weigh it when my scales worked).

just get a scale. Every MHRB powder may have different density and so volume is a poor measure of quantity.
If you're going to do this, do it right. Don't do it half assed.

Wouldn't exactly be difficult to just weigh a damn spoon of powder and say so? My scales are broken.
Powder may have a different density but the amount of mass you can fit into the space of 1tbsp is always going to conform to a certain range.

Which will vary according to the particle size and how well it is dried.
