If Tetrahydroharmine is an SSRI, and Harmine & Harmaline are RIMAs, why doesn't Syrian Rue tea give us serotonin syndrome?

I'm assuming because it's a weak reuptake inhibitor. I'm basing this off relatively limited knowledge on the subject.
