Doing some strength / weightlifting training at the gym + a new diet for the last 3-4 months. Have gained a little muscle and fat (I needed both)

I feel very energetic and alive after a good gym sesh

Why do you need to gain fat? Unless you had a Bodyfat percentage of around 3% which is pretty rare.
