I've noticed a heavy sensitivity increase/reverse tolerance of some sort as well, but at the same time the states got more functional and easier to deal with physically and mentally. After working with pharma/aya/rue quite often, taking harmalas daily for a time, and radically changing my diet to one of mostly raw plant foods I noticed that my pharma dosage eventually was cut in about half and still producing virtually the same effects as before. This all was within about a 2 year period. I was taking a lot of melatonin as well, which seems to act like a kind of mind lubricant and enhances the effects of harmalas and DMT in a way (and gets metabolized into at least one MAOI, pinoline, itself).
For redosing, it's really up to you and depends how deep you go, how much you took of each originally, and how many hours ago. My trips with can sometimes last to the 12 hour mark if a solid dose of harmalas/vine/or rue is involved, so I usually don't redose. I just smoke a bit of changa if need be.
If the DMT feels mostly metabolized but the harmalas are still going, then maybe just try 50mg harmalas with some more DMT. Those amounts you suggested in your last post sound like a good place to start.
