Hello everyone this is my first attempt at food safe extraction using 69Rons tek. Only deviation is Sunflower oil in place of d-limonene.
Alright, so I noticed after my first pull that I was getting nothing . So went back over all of my steps and noticed that at the beginning I did not add enough lime. So I just re-did the lime content and proceeded to do another pull.this time instead of using heat to help evaporate I decided to just evaporate with a fan. This morning I woke up to what appeared to be a completely evaporated dish and what looks to be white needle mescaline. After scraping it I realized that the underneath was still slightly damp with vinegar but I went ahead and scraped the dish anyways and spread it back out to let air dry. I decided to weight the contents just to get an idea because to me it looked like there was a lot.my scale shows 2.4 grams which seem too much for just a 12inch cutting.I'm going to let it dry some more today and then weigh it and see what I get but it seems like a very heavy weight to be mescaline.
my question now is could some of my lime have made it into my solution and that be what is giving me the heavy weight?
if it's possible that some of the lime made it into the final product could I just dissolve in vinegar again filter and then evaporate again?
Or does it look like normal mescaline acetate to you guys?
any help is greatly appreciated guys. Thank you
PS: Bridgesii was the cacti used in this extract.
