okay, so i was recently with my friend going over to his uncles house, his uncle is one of those old timey guys who get some reeeeeaaallly good weed. but thats not what i am here to talk about, he was telling us some of his stories from back in college and what caught my attention was when he was talking about how his friend was growing, it all started when he got slapped in the face with a marijuana plant and leaving a cake of resin on his face, his friend apparentally was wrapping his plants in a cloth or something causing them to grow tubular and the outcome was a fully flowerd plant that was caked with resin and you could break off a chunk the size of your forearm ready to smoke. has anyone heard of this or seen it done? or is this just a tall tale?
why should we listen to others opinions when they are scared to follow us on our journeys

Lol

Urban myth springs to mind.

Grown herb for over a decade and never heard this one.

Increase your yeild with the correct balence between light, temperature,co2 levels, and supply freely available nutrients, h20 and last but not least provide good air circulation.

If any of these factors are sub optimal then your yield will suffer.

Many folks say growing herb is an art but it is a science. Check out the triangle between temp co2 and light and read up how this effects chlorophyll and its ability to convert photons into ATP and from that sugars to fuel plant growth.

Most grow forums are full of stoners arguing over nonsense, there are many valid plant studies than have been done to see what factors increase crop yields in diffrent horticultural sectors. These although not strictly concerning herb are much more reliable than rumours about wrapping plants in cloth to get chunks of resin. That sounds like someone getting in a muddle between making some kind of hash and grow techniques.
