roughly calculating final yield from extractions Options

So I was wondering how you calculate the average weight of your final product of an extraction.
Like if A. Longifolia has 0.2% tryptamines in leaf/bark apparently.
So if someone has say 250 or 500 grams of leaf/stem/bark, how would you work out roughly what your final yield would be?
I know its probably simple maths but am currently can't figure it out
Thanks all Smile

500g * 0,2/100 = 1g
250g * 0,2/100 = 0,5g

For example if a plant were to have a 1% concentration of DMT, you would multiple to figure out your yeild.

100 grams of mhrb (Which has about 1% DMT) will yeild 1 gram.
That's 100*0.01 (Because 1%, 2% would be 0.02)

100*0.01= 1 gram.

Do you see what I did there?

For example
A. Longifolia @ 0.20% @ 250 grams would yield you roughly ~0.05g

250*.002 = 0.05g.

Get it?
