What do you folks use to clean your glasswear between uses?

Im asking particularly because I used most of my glass for when I did my mesc extraction not too long ago. Owing that all Ive used for my dmt teks is naphtha and lye and vinegar, and now that the mesc extraction required MEK, hcl, lye, and Xylene Im just wondering what the best way to go about getting my glass back to totally clean would be before I do another spice tek?

alcohol/salt shakes and hot water rinse works well for me.
I do not have a recipe...just fill device with high proof alcohol, add some salt and shake. repeat and rinse Thumbs up
Perhaps I am asking the wrong questions but it doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.

Piranha Solution works rather well for organic matter...

However, you can buy glass cleaner online or at most chem supply stores. Salt works just fine as well Smile If you rinse with a small bit of acetone, it'll help your stuff dry faster, and since acetone has a different polarity than water, it might pick up some stuff that the water misses.

^^
what they said.
rinsing glassware with acetone is a standard practice.

scrub the glassware with soapy water using a bottle brush, rinse with water, discard, then rinse with acetone.

I use this mix and it cleans very well.
just dissolve the naoh in the water and then mix with the alcohol.
60 g sodium hydroxide (NaOH)
60 ml DI water
500 ml ethanol
I usually leave it in there for a day and then rinse with allot of water and finish with some distilled water.

I leaves your glassware so clean the water seems to creep up on the walls.

use gloves and goggles when handling this stuff
