Truffles, solo or not? Options

I've recently acquired 15 gs of high strength truffles and was wondering whether or not to trip alone.

I'm not that experienced with shrooms, I've had maybe 5 or so trips to date (all of which were fantastic experiences). However from past experiences tripping alone with sid, unless I am out in a forest or somewhere in nature I tend to get bored easily and wishing there was someone with me to talk and share the experience.

I have a friend's (small but cosy) apartment at my disposal and I'm debating whether or not to divide the truffles with a friend resulting in a less profound but perhaps a more fun trip.

I'm looking for a consciousness expanding, spiritual, introspective trip, and I know that solo is probably the way to go. I guess I'm just afraid that it may go pear shaped.

If I were to go solo are there any thoughts/ past experiences you folks could share so as to confirm I am making the right decision? I guess I am just slightly nervous and don't know what I could do for 6 or so hours by myself to avoid boredom or wishing someone else was with me.

15g dried or fresh? You can always try a low dose alone and eat more if needed. Good luck & enjoy

Do you have a tendency to hide from yourself?
Ever tried sitting for a couple of hours under a tree?

If not, why not try that first to see how it goes.

PS: Never got bored solo tripping. But is that really a valid concern? Nobody died of boredom, ever Thumbs up

I say go solo. Somewhere safe secluded and beautiful. Walk, don't drive, or camp out. Bring enough food and water. Fruit and nuts are great. Meditate in the sunshine. Lay down and listen to the earth. Put your feet in a stream or on some grass. Take a deep breath, relax, and expand.

Play an instrument? Maybe bring it along.

If you're camping make sure you gather/chop enough wood before you start tripping!

If you are seeking an introspective experience, definitely go solo. But you should obviously be careful. Make sure you are somewhere familiar and don't go wandering. And make sure that somebody knows where you are, if its in the wilderness.

Thanks for the replies!

You are all totally right. Need to find a beautiful, secluded spot now is all. Last time tripping solo I cycled 20 km to a forest, thinking I'd have it all to myself. only to discover at the peak of the trip that it was an orienteering grounds, and felt quite foolish having loads of kid scouts running around everywhere where I was there having a very deep, mind blowing journey. had to bail and cycle onwards and ended up climbing a mountain.

Anyway, I'll take yissers advice and let you know how it goes. Looking forward to getting to know myself a bit better. More prep will be done and a sunnier day it will be.

thanks Smile
