While i can't back that up with any hard data, i don't see any reason why potency would be affected by any of the ingredients you listed. I would be more worried about the taste. I can't imagine that your tasty shake would be as good with mushroom flavour. Perhaps one idea would be to soak your powdered mushrooms in lime juice, filtrate and use that juice in your shake. This way, your mushrooms will come on quicker and stronger, and the flavour could help your drink.
