My Acacia confusa seedlings never looked like that, it needs more light to survive. It's stretching like crazy.
Just be careful not to ramp up how much light you're giving it too quickly, it'll probably have trouble transporting water to its leaves. Staking it up with a toothpick and a bit of string might help it.
If it does perk up, I suggest adding some symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria in your soil too, you can buy little packets of them for use with beans. One application is enough for lifetime symbiosis. Although I'm not 100% sure bean bacteria is compatible with Acacia, I gave my confusa a dose as a seedling, and it's looked green ever since.
