My cat just ate a young a. maidenii. It was about 6 inches tall, 8 weeks old or so. He swalled about half. I expect there is no reason to worry, but just wanted to see if anyone can confirm this. Thanks! Forge a Path with Heart <3

..your cat has good taste.. ..there should be no reason to worry.. i have seen cats eating certain types of grasses ..they are very selective which ones they eat..

Who are you worried for, the Acacia or the cat ?

Thanks for the replies. He is fine, but the Acacia looks to be a goner. There's only the stem left in the ground! Shame too, it was a beautiful little bugger. This cat...he's merciless on plants; he even ate an ipomoea a few weeks ago, and I've read they avoid those usually. Maybe he's a psychonaut kitty. Forge a Path with Heart <3

everyone. ^That even looks like the cat! I'm going to start caapi or rue next, and if I find him in there eating those, waiting 15 minutes and nomming some DMT plants, we'll have something to raise an eyebrow about Forge a Path with Heart <3
