I've been doing my re-x with heptane and for a while was getting beautiful white crystals, but now they're coming out more and more yellow. I haven't changed anything at all. Any ideas what could be causing this? "Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before." -Edgar Allan Poe

How exactly are you recrystallizing?
Maybe you just need to recrystallize again?

I'm recrystalizing exactly as instructed in Noman's Tek (https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/Noman%27s_tek. Even the re-recrystalization is pale yellow, no noticeable difference in color. Ive recently been having the exact same problem. Have you been re-xing the same spice and its getting yellower, or is it new extracts that arent re-xing as well as extracts youve done in the past? "I am cursed by the blossoming knowledge of my feminine ideal and she looks suspiciously like you."

New extracts, but I haven't changed anything in my extraction, and I'm using bark from the same batch as the good re-x's. "Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before." -Edgar Allan Poe

ive literally been having the same exact problem. Have you trying a mini a/b to clean it instead? maybe youre adding more heat than you normally used to and thats causing it to yellow/oxidize. "I am cursed by the blossoming knowledge of my feminine ideal and she looks suspiciously like you."

I'll definitely give it a try with less heat. "Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before." -Edgar Allan Poe
