Haha, It's just like in the bush. Stay on your toes, and be ready for anything (I mean anything. You WILL be back in 10-15 minutes, but it may feel like millenia. Be sure to take an adventurous spirit, as it will most certainly be quite the ride. Keep your wits about you, pay attention, and flow with the go, man. It'll show you what you need to do from there. No need to be nervous... but then, who can help it sometimes? Happy Trails!

don't be scared, its unnecessary, but being anxious is a good thing. The good journeys out weigh the bad ones and fortune favours the brave. puff tuff, you will be fine INHALE, SURVIVE, ADAPT it's all in your mind, but what's your mind??? fool of the year

I'm not sure how I can follow that except by saying I completely agree and I'm adding that to my list of "mantras" that I keep on hand for when the going get's tough. Welcome, Earthwalker! Best of luck to you on your journeys. The only advice I can give is to maintain a positive mindset leading up to and going into the experience, and perhaps practice a few breathing exercises beforehand. I don't know if you've ever been a one who meditates, but I have found it works wonders for easing nervousness and clearing the mind before a journey.

Get it all in one hit, in a very dim, very comfortable place, alone with no sound, no distractions. Maybe like in your bed with just a candle lit during the nighttime....take one huge hit hold it in, and when you see reality starting to change, RELAX, exhale...breathe for a second and close your eyes and enjoy...
