was wondering if anyone can offer advice on the simplest and EASIEST way to
prepare San Pedro powder (skins of the catcus were carefully removed, dried, and powdered)?

hopefully something you have tried several times so its tested advice

it is worth keeping more than just the skin/green tissue.....

i got it already powdered this way

do you have a super simple tek for it.

Put it in capsules and swallow them down. It's not too hard on the stomach and is fairly easy to do. You could make a tea, but using powder tends to be difficult to filter as it has the consistency of snot.

After recently trying his method I give it two thumbs up. Remember, there really is no easy way about this. The more effort you put into it impossible, the more you will get out of the experience.

How many grams of powder would you suggest for a moderate dose?

The dosing can very greatly depending on your cactus. Anywhere from 35g-100g. I started with 50 grams of dried skins and it was just perfect for me.

If you know how many feet it came from, you could work out the math for weight to dose and a foot is usually a good place to start for a dose.

Otherwise start low and then find your sweet spot.

If it was me, dehydrated tea.

mescaline margarita

blend up the pulp with ice and margarita mix, or lime and lemon juice
with sugar (or sugar syrup)/salt to taste.

your a bioanalytical chemist, quick question for you: would synthetic mescaline give me a cleaner and more vivid journey, that say using dried san pedro powder?

there would be no difference between synthetic mesc and, say, the mesc sulfate I once extracted from san pedro powder.




all factors being the same (molecular purity), there's no psychoactivity difference between product obtained from natural and synthetic sources. period.

Pour the powder in your mouth, 5 to 7 gr no problem, and chase it in with some apple juice.

If you go for synthetic mescaline, make sure it actually is real mescaline.
A lot of synthetic phenethylamine such as 2C-x are being advertised are "mescaline".

Most people here who think had mescaline in a pill form have had actually another RC.
