Hello everybody! I have this idea based on these two links :
https://www.dmt-nexus.me....aspx?g=posts&t=2546https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/The_FASA_MethodBasically, instead of doing an a/b or a stb tek with acrb I was thinking of doing a "ST-FASA ?(lol)?" Tek.
Let me briefly sum up what is said in the two above links :
1) solution 1: add anhydrous citric acid to anhydrous acetone (5g citric acid/100ml acetone)
2) solution 2 : saturate anhydrous acetone with anhydrous fumaric acid (~20mg fumaric acid/1ml acetone)
3) let solution 2 sit until fumaric acid is completely dissolved (~1day)
4) solution 3 : place powdered acrb in solution 1 and let it sit in a hot bath for 3 hours stirring peridiocally
5) decant solution 3, seperating the plant material from the liquid
6) repeat step 4 & 5 at least three times, adding the filtered material together
7) slowly add solution 2 to solution 3 until no more reaction occurs.
decant, rince with acetone and let dry the precipitate,
I suggest you read both links if you don't understand how this will extract the dmt
Heres where I need your advice :
Is 5g citric acid / 100ml acetone optimal?
How much of the citric acid/acetone solution should be added to the acrb powder per g (Solution ml/ g acrb) ?
Theoretically, this would yield good amounts of dmt and would not discriminate any alkaloids, if you have done this tek what were your results. I.e alkaloids extracted(g)/acrb(g)?
Why not use a/b or stb tek's? :
Materials used are more eco-friendly and pose less safety concerns (no NaOH or fumes)
Less steps to get dmt-fumarate (if that's what you want)
Less space needed
Less attention needed
Cost less (for me at least)
Swim will do this tek and post results here sooner or later.
