Hello all, I have recently acquired the desire to have just nmt. Im wondering how I should go about doing this if lets say I happen to have acrb filtered and in a high ph aqueous solution, with d-limonine, heptane, and acetone as available solvents. Previous work would have been with cold naptha pulls, that sit in the fridge for a couple days, then poured out into a container to go in the freezer. This has generally left me with white crystals in the freezer and orange/yellow tinted whatever left in the first container. This has worked well for me but id like to have just nmt now, just to see what its like on its own. My plan was to do warm pulls with the d-limonine and then wash whatever freezes out with the hexane. What all will the d-limonine pull out? Can I make the nmt water soluble to separate it from any oil/fat?

Do an A/B on the acacia confusa using naphtha. Post extraction, add dry ice to the saturated NPS and the NMT should precipitate out as NMT carbamate. Filter the NMT from the solvent. Convert the carbanate back to freebase.
