Evaporating the solvent, without freezer. Options

I've done a few successful MHRB-extraction last year, however I currently moved to a new apartment and I have no freezer. I've read here and there that I can just "evaporate the solvent".

Does this mean I can just do a pull with naptha (like Q2121's or Cyb's teks) and in stead of putting it in a freezer just leave it at room temp?
I understand I would lose all my naptha and need to leave it in a ventilated room, but is that all?
I'm worried the naptha will just evaporate along with my DMT and end up with a dry cooking dish...

Thanks !

DMT doesn't evaporate, lol.

also you could use an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, and salt it out of that, which doesn't require a freezer either

You can just evaporate the naphtha, but the end result will be a mix of dmt and whatever else the naphtha pulls from the bark (fats, oils etc); dmt will not evaporate along with naphtha so there is no need to worry about it.

As you evaporate the naphtha down you will see crystals forming and before reaching a full evaporation you can harvest these as these will be akin to freeze-precipitated crystals; these will be significantly purer. The remaining naphtha can be then fully evaporated for an impurer fraction.

Please be safe and careful with evaporating naphtha - it is both noticeable (smelly) and dangerous (flammable fumes) so think very well before going for full naphtha evaporation.

Also a very good suggestion; abit more advanced but in the end you will have to evaporate only a very small amount of solvent (as you will have to convert to freebase _ pull with a solvent after salting)

if you can call adding vinegar to oil "advanced" Very happy

Thanks, I'm looking into the aromatic hydrocarbon solvent-way.

As for evaporating, does it matter how big the surface is? eg Can I use a glass rather than a dish?

well the more surface area, the faster the evaporation...

can evap and rextal in lesser quantity, more selective solvent and evap again...but you'd be far better off finding a friend with a freezer.
