Hi all I have been trying to make some Changa and I am not sure if I have ruined it.
I boiled and simmered my 10 grams of leaf strained it and then put the liquid back in the pan.
I reduced it until it was a brown like powder.
I then realised whilst reading how to make it, it said let the last bit of water should be left to evaporate.
The brown powder does not smell burnt, it's almost like a coffee smell, and it does not taste burnt either.
Was just wondering is this still ok to use??

Kind Regards

I don't know how hot your stove top got but 10g isn't a lot I would just start over and do it right. Caapi leaves are cheap.
