I'm currently using the protocol in "the DMT handbook" and have just completed the 3x acid cooks of my bark. I'm wondering if you can forsee any problems if I am to store this liquid overnight before reheating/reducing it tomorrow when I finalise the extraction?

That should not be a problem AFAIK

i reduce overnight, whilst sleeping, on a very low temperature, but then i know how long my stove takes to slowly reduce a part brew of say 2-3 litres. fridge is fine though.
