As I'm getting ready to try out DMT, I am trying to make sure I am getting every aspect of it covered and have some questions.
I will ask later about the diet but my main concern is how it would interact with Oxyodone. I take 120mg of Oxycodone per day and 80mg of Oxycontin. I was up to 360mg but after a few procedures, 150mg worked wonders. However thank to idiotic state officials, the pharmacists won't dispense more than 120mg as they were told that if they did, they would lose their licenses to practice. Doctors don't get any repercussins, it's just the pharmacists who are blamed with the reason being, "doctors don't know about medication interactions, as pharmacists you should know that over 120mg is not good and therefore you should enforce it".
What is bad over 120mg? Nothing. Florida had the highest abuse rates with even places like Walgreens and CVS getting shut down for the illegal dispensing of Oxycodone. People who die of it are those who use it recreationally and have no idea what they are doing. It is one of the safest medications to take for pain as long as you take it as you are suppoed to be taking it. It is mostly natural with side effects that are nowhere close to even regular OTC pain killers.
Of course, on top of it all, the pharmacies won't dispense to non-regulars and even from the regular customers, they will give it to those they like since the numbers they get are very limited. In that aspect I am very lucky that I can regularly get my medication as I have seen people at the doctor's office asking to have the meds changed as they haven't been able to find a single place that would dispense the prescription. And I'm talking about 3-4 months of checking dozens of places and they still can't get it

And when that happens, the doctors usually give them Methadone.
So since I can't take 150mg, I take 120mg and to make up for that one single 30mg pill, I have to take 40mgx2 of Oxycontin which is the 12 hour time released version. I take one as soon as I wake up, along with 1x30mg Oxycodone and it will get in my blood stream in about 15-20 minutes, otherwise I literally can't even get out of bed.
It is an extremely fast acting drug with a very short half life. It takes 15-30 minutes to fully disperse into the bloodstream and takes 3.5-4.5 to leave the system (+- 30 minutes but in my case it's close to 4 hours). I can tell I need my next pill when I start getting a tingly feeling on my upper back accompanied by jitters. If I don't take it within the next 15-20 minutes, the pain will hit 0 to 60 in probably 10 minutes tops but I've been very good with my timing and have had no problems in about 3 years that I've been taking it.
I'm in no way addicted to it but my body is dependent on it, that's a fact. I forgot my pill once when I went to the doctor and forgot to take my bottle with me. I took my morning pill around 6am and had an appointment at noon. By the time I got the jitters, I had been waiting over 30-40 minutes at the doctor's office and by 2 o'clock when he saw me, I was about ready to drop on the floor and die.
I feel no euphoria whatsoever, my body is totally used to it as for a first-timer, 180mg would be enough to kill them. However it's still a quite strong medication and I have no clue as to how it may react with the Ayahuasca or DMT. I drink rarely, on holidays and/or special occasions. This year, I must have drank maybe a total of 5 bottles of beer (maybe less), a total of maybe 2 bottles of Sangria and red wine, half a bottle of Scotch and maybe half a bottle of Glayva. It's always single servings except at times I may get 2 shots of Glayva or 2 glasses of wine. I get NOTHING unusual and feel exactly the same way I would feel if I weren' taking the Oxycodone.
I looked around and there is nothing against it, or even for it as it seems the only discussion they have is on whether Oxycodone is a MAOI and the answer is always no. I've also read about people taking both, but those are people who take both at once recreationally in order to get high. I haven't found anyone in my condition asking these questions so I wanted to ask here as this website is the most comprehensive site about the subject that I have encountered in at least a couple of years.
If the pain is intense, I also have 800mgx2 Ibuprofens to take but I haven' taken those in months. I have a couple more meds which I also don't take and prilosec which I take if I take all the meds since it is kind of hard on the stomach but as said, I haven't been taking anything else in a while now.
Any info, suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated.
As for diet, I haven't had much appetite lately so my diet sucks due to that as well. It's a muffin or a protein bar for breakfast, some plain yoghurt throughout the day, sometimes fruit yoghurt, maybe a couple of nuts, and high fiber low sugar cereal at night with whole milk. I may have protein shakes during the day butI haven't in months. I have high fiber low carb wraps as well but I haven't really been eating any. I don't drink any regular sodas and once in a while, I may drink a Canada Dry Diet Ginger Ale. I drink lots of coffee throughout the day (watered down though and nobody would drink it since it tastes more like water than coffee hehe), and lots of water.
