Hey Nexus,
I read on here that it's possible to clean up dirty solvents with methanol. I don't have methanol at hand, but what I have is ethanol (96%). Would this do the job? Also, how does the cleaning procedure work? Mixing the solvents, wait for them to layer up and separate them?
If ethanol does work, how much would be needed for about 200ml of naphta / 100ml of heptane?
Everything is always okay in the end, if it's not, then it's not the end.
