This is probably a common question but i wanted to hear everyones take on how they prepare their own tea.
I have 100gms of acacia confusa trunk bark and about 2 gms of rue.
This is my first time preparing this tea and wondered if anyone could shed some light.

first of all you dont have the plants to make ayahuasca tea there. Ayahuasca contains only 2 plants, The caapi vine and chakruna leaves. None of your plants are good for true ayahuasca. To the prep. Boil it all and research here in forum "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Albert Einstein

"ayahuasca" brew only necessitates (by definition) one plant: an ayahuasca vine (which is a collection of malpighiaceae species, and not limited to caapi). everything else is an admixture, and not all true ayahuasca brews contain chacruna (in fact many don't, it is just the commonly-known government sanctioned religious brews tend to) but analogue ayahuasca is relatively close enough (orally ingested DMT via beta-carbolines, specifically harmalas) to be called ayahuasca with out necessitating a clarification of semantics, although you are partially correct. If I'm calculating correct, you probs have enough acacia for about 14 strong brews, however 2g of rue is just not enough for even one, you would want more like 3g... I would suggest ordering more Rue.. And in the meantime read up about confusa brews Personally, I suggest 3g rue, with 5g confusa, not enough? Take it up a gram on the confusa side, carry on til you find the mark. Some people may need less than 3g rue, others may need more. Get to know yourself better, and always start low with anything new Edit: you may need more Confusa than I just stated, missed the part about it being TRUNK bark... No idea on that. But def get more rue With every great plan comes the pleasure of patience. Take a rest, and grab a suckle off the teat of life!

But def get more rue Well i did research i saw that acacia confusa had just a small amount less in stem than in root bark. I looked up stem is practically trunk. And 14 brew? I was thinking of crushing up all the trunk bark but i guess that i shouldnt do. So i will try 5g of acacia confusa and 2g of rue for now. I read up that 1.5g rue tea was good enough for people. Ill be experimenting THANK YIU FOR YOUR ANSWERS.

if you want to do the an analog that sounds pretty ok for the start Always keep in mind to up the rue dose with caution because it can get really intense if you do too much of it "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Albert Einstein
