Hi, Mustelid. Yeah, or at least, I was trying to. My technique consisted of:
1. Relaxing before going to sleep.
2. Focusing my attention on my "third eye"/spot thing.
3. Trying to sit up or otherwise move out of body.
(Not very sophisticated!)
And my OBE-related hallucinations/anomalous experiences happened immediately after unsuccessful OBEs, so it wasn't like I just started hallucinating in the middle of the day.
